Yeah. You can completely customize everything about your character, and unlock clothing and weapons, etc... I haven't made any tattoos for myself, yet.
I was trying to get a pretty good shot to show you how the radar is set up, show you what your enemy will look like, some of the views. I was getting my ass handed to me trying to take a SS for you btw,  I ran over one of the guys, but missed the SS I tried to take for it lmao

All in a days work! Haha, the graphics card in my computer is too weak, it's a MacBook Pro, so I am not really surprised to be honest!
Was that a Jeep Police Truck you were driving?
